  1. It seems to work by some "proxy" server, & I still cannot find an effective solution on how to rid myself of it.

Tonight's problem (besides the hard reset when desktop loads and I go online) was that I ran LiveUpdate. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data. I've used IO Bit Malware Fighter which found a few things & Advanced System Care cleaned up my computer, as well as Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware which has picked up quite a few Are your Ink Cartridges low?

Is this possible? After the computer restarts, follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall your Norton product. As far as I know, my mom tried clicking on it and she told my Dad that he had a virus and that it was sort of looking like Norton. How close to expiry is your subscription?

I've just got back from work and turned the laptop on and the Norton One Click Support pop up hasnt shown up and all my antivirus settings are all back on Click Remove & Reinstall.
