I really hate to start out with this procedure(as I usually use it later in the troubleshooting) but it appears that there may be some corruption within your previously downloaded LiveUpdate files and Also, what is causing the "unknown error" in liveupdate? If yes to both then try running live update again. If the problem persists, download and run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool.
HOWEVER, LiveUpdate still fails "with unknown error". AutoFix doesn't solve the problem; it simply reports "Conflict with MalwareBytes".
