If you have a memory card installed in the camera, the No Memory Card Error message can have a few different causes. If you still get the message, turn it off and try the resetting again. Try removing the 4 screws on the L & R sides of the case (note different lengths) and just the forward 1 of the 3 screws surrounding the tripod mount.
